Does Basha Diagnostics provide transportation?
Answer: Yes. Basha Diagnostics provides FREE transportation to any patients upon request. When scheduling an appointment, the patient or referring physician simply needs to provide our friendly staff with the patient’s address and other pick-up information. The transportation service is available 7 days a week.
Does Basha Diagnostics accept most Insurance plans?
Answer: Yes. Basha Diagnostics accepts almost all health insurance providers. Please call our helpful billing staff at (248) 288-1600 to determine eligibility.
How long does it take to get an appointment?
Answer: Basha Diagnostics can usually schedule a patient within 24 hours. That includes MRI and CAT Scan appointments as well.

How long does it take to get results for an exam?
Answer: Basha Diagnostics can provide immediate verbal results to stat requests. Delivery of written medical report results is produced in 1 to 3 days. We also provide free pickup and delivery of films and reports. Your results will be sent to your referring physician. So please contact your physician to discuss the diagnosis.
Are your technologists registered in their modalities?
Answer: Yes, Basha Diagnostics only hires registered technologists.
What does a technologist do?
Answer: The technologists are trained to properly position patients for each diagnostic procedure and to operate the corresponding diagnostic equipment.
What is a radiologist?
Answer: A radiologist is a medical doctor who specializes in diagnostic radiology.

Are your radiologists board certified?
Answer: Yes. All of our radiologists are board certified by the American Board of Radiology. Additionally, several of our doctors hold certification in subspecialty areas such as neuroradiology and interventional radiology.
Is radiation safe?
Answer: Indeed, if your doctor has referred you for a diagnostic procedure, he/she feels the small amount of radiation is less harmfull than an undiagnosed problem or disease.
Do the treatments hurt?
Answer: Most of the diagnostic procedures involve no discomfort whatsoever. However, some procedures may cause some mild discomfort.
